CANCELLATION POLICY
🚨PLEASE READ🚨 24-Hour Notice: Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation text or email. Service Changes: If you need to add or remove services from your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day changes may not be accommodated, as they affect my schedule and other clients. Late Cancellation: Appointments canceled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-Shows: No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Late Arrival: Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be shortened or rescheduled. Deposits: Deposits are nonrefundable and will be applied toward your service total.
